How to update your Melomind ? - iPhone 11 Follow
Good news🤩 ! Our technical teams have finally solved the Bluetooth connection problem on iPhone 11. There was a bug in the Melomind headset software that made pairing difficult.
After updating your application, a last step is necessary to solve the problem: updating your helmet software.
If you have another phone available (Android or iOS different from an iPhone 11, we invite you to download the Melomind application on this device and update with it. You just have to follow the steps described in this article : How to update your Melomind ?
If you don't have any other phones, let's try updating with your iPhone 11 :
- Turn on your Melomind headset
- Launch the application
- Starting a session
- Select connection via QR code
- Scan your headset and follow the instructions on the screen.
Several attempts will be necessary to make a successful Bluetooth connection (I promise this is the last time). Once the connection has been made, the headset software update will start and you can follow the instructions described here : How to update your Melomind ?
If, despite several attempts, you do not manage to make this first Bluetooth connection, contact our support team who will send you a return voucher so that you can send us your helmet and our team will update it for you.
