Support via Teamviewer Follow
In order to be able to better guide you and understand where the problem you are experiencing is coming from, we can offer you support via TeamViewer. This is an application that will allow us to have a view of your screen so that we can guide and assist you more effectively.
The application is called TeamViewer QuickSupport and can be downloaded for free from the App Store or the Play Store.
Here are the steps to follow:
If you have an Android :
- Download the TeamViewer QuickSupport application : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.teamviewer.quicksupport.samsung&hl=fr.
- During the appointment, enter the ID number that is displayed on your phone (10 digits).
- Accept the pairing request.
- Click on "Start Broadcast" or "trade".
- Follow the instructions of your technical advisor.
For all Apple products: iPhone/iPad/iOS :
- Download the QuickSupport TeamViewer application : https://apps.apple.com/us/app/teamviewer/id692035811.
- During the appointment, enter the ID number displayed on your phone (10 digits).
- Accept the match request.
- Click on "Start Broadcast" or "trade".
- Follow the instructions of your technical advisor.
