We have structured your program around 4 phases.
Why ? Neurofeedback should be learned gradually.
The "Discovery" phase aims to make you understand what a session consists of. In the "Observation" phase, you learn to familiarize yourself with the relaxation sound indicator. In the "Learning" phase, you get to the heart of the matter: learning to control your brain activity.
Finally, during the "Consolidation" phase, you will be able to deepen your practice and anchor its long-term benefits.
Your program allows you to follow up on your sessions, which will allow you to progress through each of the phases.
The duration of your sessions will increase until session 12 where it will reach 15 minutes.
During your program, we regularly offer you the opportunity to fill out self-evaluation questionnaire to assess your stress level.
We use scientifically validated methods to allow you to reliably follow the evolution of your feelings and to see the benefits that the program has brought you.
