To ensure optimal concentration, we recommend that you move to a quiet, single room where you are free from distractions and can concentrate fully on your training. Before you start, don't hesitate to take time to get yourself in shape, focusing on your breathing and clearing your mind.

To best enjoy your session, make yourself comfortable in a seated position.
Lying down should be avoided so as not to interfere with the proper functioning of the electrodes located at the back of the head.
When you settle down, keep in mind that you will have to remain, as far as possible, motionless during your session. Therefore, be careful to settle down in a comfortable position that you can hold for several minutes without having to move around and interrupt your concentration.
