We advise you to do at least 2 to 3 sessions melomind™ per week in order to have an effective training.
You can of course do them every day if you wish.
Please note : It is still advisable to avoid doing more than one session per day. In fact, one melomind™ session corresponds to a neurofeedback exercise which is an engaging exercise and which involves the person.
The state of mind to have is that the Melomind experience is not a sprint but rather a marathon. What matters is therefore the long term work, regularity and progression. It is therefore important to have enough rest time between each session to enjoy the maximum benefits.
You can possibly do a session every other day if you want to be very assiduous.
