To find the device model and version on iOS :
→ Go to settings.
→ Click on Apple Login
→ The name of the device is located at the bottom of the page.
→ Click on "iPhone de X": the model and version of the operating system are displayed on this screen.

- To find the device model and version on Android :
→ Go to the settings and click on "About the phone". On this screen you will find the model of the phone or tablet.
→ To find the operating system version click on "Software Information".

- To find the version of the Melomind™ application :
The version of the Melomind™ application can be found in your user settings (on the screenshot below it is version 1.2.15).
To find the QR Code of the headset:
The headset QR Code can be found on the label attached to your headset and on a sticker provided with the headset. In the box, it is the number written below the QR Code.
You can also find it in the phone's bluetooth settings as MMXXXXXXXXX.
We may ask you to send us a screenshot of your bluetooth settings.
- To get access on iOS :
Go to Settings and click on "Bluetooth".
To get access on Android :
Go to the settings and click on "Connection" then "Bluetooth".
