Relaxation tips to use during your Melomind™ sessions Follow
Here are some relaxation tips that you can implement during your sessions melomind™:
Deep breathing
Intensify your breathing by gently inhaling through your nose until your lower abdomen is completely filled, then exhaling deeply through your mouth until your body is completely emptied of air. Then repeat.
Visual Imagination
Try to imagine yourself in a pleasant, beautiful and relaxing environment. If, during your Melomind™ session, you perceive sounds of moving water, why not imagine yourself in front of a waterfall in the middle of the Amazonian forest, walking gently towards it and admiring its beauty? If you prefer white sandy beaches or strawberry fields, imagine yourself there. It is up to you to create your own imaginary world.
Positive Thinking
Remember a happy memory or think of a pleasant feeling that produces positive emotions and sensations in you. Any thought that makes you happy is a good way to achieve a positive and relaxed state of mind.
Body Examination
Try to feel every part of your body. Start with your toes and imagine them totally relaxed. Then work your way up to your ankles, calves, and gradually up to your scalp, going through every part of your body.
Focusing
Concentrate on each variation of the sound environment in your session, clearing your mind of all thoughts. Can you hear the waves well? The birds singing? Immerse yourself completely in the sound.
A variation of this technique is to focus on an imaginary point in front of you (always with your eyes closed).
