To log in to the application, follow these steps:
Create your account: an email has been sent to you to create your password with "account created" in the subject line of the email from email@example.com.
Warning: If you do not receive the initialization email, please check your spam / junk mail.
→ Click on the link in this message.
→ Choose a password. It must contain at least 8 characters and a special character.
The password creation link is valid for 5 days. If your link has expired, please contact melomind™ support at: firstname.lastname@example.org or directly from our Melomind™ website.
- Go to the Melomind™ application.
- On the application home page, type the email address used to create your account and your password. Then click on login.
If you have forgotten your password :
→ Click on : "Lost password?" from the login page.
→ Enter your email address.
→ Click on : "Reset my password".
→ You will then receive an email allowing you to reset your password:
→ Click on the reset link in the message.
→ Choose a new password.
→ You can log back into the application.
Please note: the password reset links are valid for 5 days. If the link does not work, request a new link from the application and use it within 5 days.
What to do in case of connection failure?
- Make sure you are connected to the internet.
- Make sure you have written your email and password correctly.
- Make sure you used the email address you provided when you purchased your headset melomind™. You have received the password creation email at this address.
If this still doesn't work, first try resetting your password and then contact our support team directly from the application or at email@example.com.
